On July 21, 2014, the Coalition and the Primary Care Coalition of Montgomery County, with support from the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange, hosted a convening for representatives from Maryland's Connector Entities and others providing consumer assistance.  

The purpose was to share:

Data on the enrollment successes of the first open enrollment period and learn what could be anticipated in the 2014/15  period including the transfer to a new IT platform and communications strategies;

Best practices and lessons learned from the first enrollment period; and

Outreach and enrollment strategies and resources for 2014/15.
